Are you an experienced Project Planner looking to play a key role on a major new-build data centre project in Berlin?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join a high-performing project team delivering a large-scale mission-critical facility. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of Europes fastest-growing sectors while working alongside experienced construction and engineering professionals.
The Role
As Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure programme milestones are achieved, risks are identified early, and project performance is accurately tracked and communicated.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
* Monitor project progress against key milestones and critical path activities.
* Produce regular programme updates, reports, and progress analysis.
* Identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities, providing mitigation strategies where required.
* Coordinate planning activities across multidisciplinary project teams.
* Support change management and impact assessments.
* Participate in planning meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
* Ensure programme information remains accurate, current, and aligned with project objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Planner on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
* Previous experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex environments is highly desirable.
* Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
* Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
* Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
