Hauptaufgaben
Performs overall documentary stock level maintenance and inventory control of supply actions within an assigned group of perishable and non-perishable subsistence items for troop consumption, including estimating requirements, requisitioning, receipting, lateral transfer, cancellation, substitution, issuing, storing, and inventory management through the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and manually based on the regulations, AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, TM 4-41-11, TM 4-41-12, TB MED 530, AR 40-25, ATP 4-41, and AK Supplement 1 to AR 30-22 and other policies and procedures. Prepares shopping lists based on the issue cycles by reviewing production schedules and inventory on hand. Reviews the shopping lists with the dining facility (DFAC) manager and send it to the area Subsistence Supply Management Office (SSMO) via AFMIS. Reviews invoices for valid signature and assuring validity and accuracy for all user and vendor documentations in accordance with proper regulations. Maintains six or less days of subsistence inventory on hand level at the end of each month. Ensures the DFAC's account status is between -10% and +3% at the end of each month and zero or underspent status at the end of Fiscal Year (FY). Reviews earnings and expenditures report for validating accurate data on the report and advices the account and inventory status to the DFAC manager on a daily basis. Coordinates supply deliveries with area SSMO and Prime Subsistence Vendor (SPV) as need bases. Performs weekly and monthly inventories and ensures accountability is kept within tolerance limitations. Prepares ingredients issues based on the kitchen requisition and issues the items as needed basis. Maintains and prepares records, reports, and files relative to the supply function. Prepares subsistence reviews and provides the reviews to higher headquarters on a monthly basis. Ensures requisition procedures, receiving procedures and physical security procedures are follows. Manages, monitors, and tracks unit GPC credit card/SSSC purchases. Maintains sufficient inventory of cleaning supplies and other required supplies and stores the items with regulatory guidance. Coordinates cleaning supplies with HAZCOM authorities, maintains the MSDS in the facility. Collects and analyze information for customer survey. Manages DFAC equipment inventory and work order log of equipment and facility. Coordinates with DPW for obtaining outstanding work orders at the end of each month and advises the DFAC manager on equipment and facility status. Establishes energy conservation, safety, security, and headcount SOPs, makes production schedules, ration requests, monthly personnel reports for both US soldiers and Local National. Prepares monthly reports for turn-in to Installation Food Program Manager and higher headquarters of the DFAC, prepares time and attendance sheet for Local National (LN) employees. Briefs headcount on all procedures and ensures all necessary documents are available and used by headcounter. As required, performs headcount duty. Ensures all headcount documents are closed out, annotated and filed appropriately. Serves as training coordinator for LN employees providing necessary information to supervisor for the training requirements. Gives classes & training to subordinates with special emphasis on the Army food Management Information System (AFMIS). As required, train's incoming food service personnel on operations and procedures of the system including how to use the computer terminal and associated equipment, the capability, operating characteristics, and functions of a variety of software programs. Prepares all needed paperwork when the dining facility supports units during field and training exercise and coordinates all personnel and equipment necessary so that both missions are fulfilled. Reviews menus, kitchen requisitions, and recipes and determines type and quantities of items required for number of persons to be served and recipe requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience A: Included clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc.
Erfahrung A: Allgemeine Buerotaetigkeit z. B. Computeranwendung, Buchfuehrung, Inventuren, Telefon- oder Organisationsarbeit oder Kassierertaetigkeit.
Experience B: Experience in the same or similar line of work as the job for which considered. The experience must demonstrate that the applicant possesses the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required in the position. The predominant experience must have been gained at a comparable level of difficulty to the position to be filled.

Beschäftigungsbedingungen
This is a permanent fulltime position (38.5 hrs./week).
• Arbeiten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen sowie Schichtarbeit erforderlich. / Working on weekends and holidays as well as shift work required.
• Heben und Tragen bis zu 18 kg erforderlich. / Employee must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
