- Collection and management of various KPIs
1. Key performance index collection
2. Management KPIs to check the performance (organization, people, performance)
3. Project administration and documentation
- Data analysis
4. Management and analysis of management performance data, such as Sales, P&L, M/S, etc.
5. Develop insights through Market, Customer and Channel (Customers) trend analysis
- Communication between the Headquarters and the Subsidiaries with major agenda consultations
6. Taking care of core task progress
7. Performing a daily job through smooth communication
8. Ensuring that project actions / risks / issues are effectively handled
- Managing Client meetings
9. Conducting key channel meetings
10. Identifying and proposing PRM, Marketing and issues
11. Communication and follow-up with Subsidiaries
- Strategy and Regular Reporting
12. Strategy development through market research and competitor analysis
13. Project execution through collaboration with EHQ teams and Subsidiaries' partners
14. Regular report preparation and presentation to management
- Business Review and Management
15. Sales / Sell-out / Logistics / P&L reporting
Your qualifications
16. Bachelor degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field
17. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role, ideally in the Home Appliance industry
18. Strong knowledge of the Home Appliance market in Europe is highly valued
19. High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously against challenging dealines
20. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to all levels of the organization
21. Strong reporting skills
22. Proactive mindset with strong focus on execution and resolution of complex challenges in a team environment
23. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
24. Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken
