What you’ll do
:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) –Global Ombuds Office at SAP
Work Area: Communication Location: Walldorf or other location within EMEA (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: flexible start date from April 1st, 2025
In this role, you’ll: ·
1. Get insights into conflict prevention / coaching / mediation and “Ombudswork”
2. Work on dedicated projects and drive them to results
3. Take ownership, bring in own ideas, work independently and support the objectives of the Global Ombuds Office
4. Actively engage with an international network of SAP colleagues
5. Do concept work and prepare new training offerings as well as maintain existing training offerings in the area of conflict management or communication projects
6. Drive the promotion of the Global Ombuds Office internally and externally in both German and English by providing materials, e.g., articles and interviews
7. Have the option to continue as working student after a successful internship of 6 month
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
8. You are studying preferably in the fields of psychology, applied social studies, marketing and/or communication
9. You are creative and skilled in Social Media, workshop and training design, and conflict management or willing to develop skills in those areas
10. You are speaking English and German fluently, additional languages are a plus
11. You have strong cooperation skills, you take initiative, and you are able to work independently
12. You are interested in working in an agile and self-motivated work environment
13. Being experienced in organizing and administering trainings is a plus
