We’re currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team, focused on managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering, sales, and executive roles within the construction robotics and software engineering domain, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent that drives our growth.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to offer acceptance;
* Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across engineering, sales, and executive profiles;
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical, commercial, and leadership hiring needs;
* Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit;
* Coordinating interview processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience;
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
* Contributing to employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
Expertise:
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in technology, engineering, or robotics-driven industries;
* Ability to recruit across technical, commercial, and senior leadership roles;
* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job platforms, and direct search methods;
* Understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess complex skill sets;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
