Organizational Development Consultant (m/w/d)
Our Region 2 People and Culture Development Team supports employees, leaders and teams in the areas of employee, organizational and leadership development, employer branding, and employee engagement. The salary for this position (full-time) is based on the ERA group 14 of the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry Baden-Württemberg and consists, in addition to the gross monthly salary of 5 620 €, of various special payments (holiday pay, T-Zug, Christmas pay, etc.). You can expect an annual salary of approx. 77,500 EUR in this position.
Your Responsibilities:
* In collaboration with leaders, you initiate, design, and drive site ‑ wide or company-wide change and transformation initiatives. This also includes designing and facilitating workshops for leaders and employees
* You advise leaders on topics such as organizational structure, process optimization, team setup, and collaboration, and you support them on their journey toward a new understanding of leadership and work culture
* You are involved in activities related to employee engagement
* You contribute to initiatives for employee and leadership development to help advance cultural transformation
What Skills You Need:
* You are passionate about organizational, employee, and leadership development
* You are a strong communicator and build relationships with people at all levels with enthusiasm
* You work pragmatically and solution-oriented, helping to bring innovation and agility into the organization
* Lifelong learning is a natural part of your mindset
* You speak and write German and English fluently and have a university degree as well as a certification as a coach, trainer, or consultant
This tariff position is a parental leave cover based in Mannheim and vacant from 01.05.2026.
