Your mission As Marketing & Events Coordinator you will support various marketing operations, including invoicing, co-marketing activities, internal event support such as conference briefings and logistics, and merchandise management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, hands-on attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Operations & Administration Manage supplier contracts and vendor code creation in the internal system. Handle co-marketing agreements and ensure accurate data entry and tracking. Process invoices and payments for the marketing department, tracking budget and payment status. Communicate potential payment delays to suppliers and report process updates to the Marketing & Events Manager. Merchandise & Material Logistics Coordinate the ordering, storage, and distribution of marketing assets such as merchandise, roll-ups, and printed materials. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper tracking of all items. Event & Conference Support Assist with conference registrations and logistics for event materials. Support the organization of co-marketing activities and partner events, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with brand standards. Attend events as needed to provide on-site support. Team Support & Communication Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Events Manager on daily tasks. Manage two shared marketing mailboxes (Invoices & Events) and ensure timely, accurate responses. Facilitate clear communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, administration, or event support (internship experience considered). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar internal systems is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused attitude. About us JA Solar was founded in 2005.
