Aim for the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Omni Channel Director - DACH to lead and accelerate our growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a high‑impact role with full ownership of turnover and customer contribution across selected channels, working with some of the most influential retailers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland region.

We are looking for someone to help us further develop our established branded business with leading drugstore retailers, acquire new customers, and introduce a strategic new premium brand for pure players and perfumeries that complements our existing portfolio.

Your Role & Impact

* Own and manage turnover and customer contribution across the DACH region for selected channels
* Lead country‑principal negotiations for multi‑country retailers
* Drive new business wins, develop key accounts, and retain long‑term partnerships
* Build and execute robust retailer plans and Joint Business Plans (JBP) to deliver quarterly and annual targets
* Actively open new doors, platforms, chains and markets in line with EMEA strategy
* Interact with global, cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and brand image
* Identify new sales opportunities in collaboration with Retailers, Marketplaces, Marketing & global headquarters in New Zealand
* Conduct market and competitor analysis, sales reviews and Shopper research
* Develop and implement annual channel sales strategy and customer growth plans


Customer & Contract Management

* Establish customer contracts and trading terms in close alignment with Legal and Finance
* Prepare and negotiate commercial conditions and contracts for retailers and marketplaces
* Manage product, customer-mix and marketing investments to optimise profitability
* Ensure brand execution is fully aligned with global brand guidelines, including promotions and visual merchandising
* Own sales forecasting, customer planning, invoicing and payment follow‑up


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across Europe and New Zealand based teams to strengthen our premium footprint
* Share insights, best practices and growth initiatives across regions and global teams
* Represent the brand at trade shows, sales conventions and industry events


Maintain key relationships with internal and external customers

* Partner with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Training, and Visual Merchandising to strengthen our premium presence in key channels
* Build strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Drive your growth agenda and share insights and learnings across the team
* Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are fully addressed
* Share best practices with regional and global partners


What You Will Bring

* Proven experience in Sales / Key Account Management within selective retail, beauty, FMCG or premium consumer goods
* Ideally experienced in working with global, cross functional teams to drive business
* Strong track record of driving growth across the DACH region
* Expertise in managing ideally drugstores, perfumeries, department stores, online and marketplace channels
* Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and analytical skills
* Confident relationship builder, comfortable operating at senior customer level
* Experience working cross‑functionally in an international matrix organisation
* Fluent English and German required

Although being based in Düsseldorf, you will be traveling across DACH to keep a close and productive business relationship with your key customers and business partners.
