What you can expect:
* Independent handling of commercial and administrative tasks within the Data Processing team
* Reviewing incoming inquiries and checking data for accuracy and completeness
* Reviewing, correcting, and post-processing AI-generated and system-preprocessed data
* Entering and processing all relevant data in SAP
* Ensuring high data quality through completeness, plausibility, and quality checks
* Close collaboration with Procurement, Customer Service, and other internal departments
* Active support in the further development, standardization, and optimization of processes
What you bring to the table:
* Completed vocational training in a commercial field or professional experience in a similar role
* Very good German and good English skills, ideally with additional foreign languages
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office; Excel user knowledge is required
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
* Enjoyment of repetitive tasks
* High reliability and a low error rate

This position is full-time; part-time employment is only possible if the working hours can extend from midday into the afternoon.
