As the (Sr) Network Manager (f/m/d) for Rare Diseases at a dynamic biotechnology company, you will play a key role in the Rare Disease team, reporting to the Lead Network Management Rare Diseases. Your mission is to facilitate access to life-changing therapies by raising disease awareness and streamlining patient identification across HCPs. You will engage with HCPs from various specialties, including General Practitioners, Orthopedists, Neurologists, and Cardiologists. You will adapt your focus based on evolving business needs and strategic direction.

What You’ll Do
* Engage with HCPs to enhance patient identification for rare diseases.
* Promote disease awareness and facilitate patient identification within major HCP groups.
* Educate HCPs about therapy centers for rare diseases in coordination with the KAM Rare Diseases.
* Increase knowledge of rare diseases among HCP groups through direct engagement.
* Communicate information about possible therapies and associated testing protocols.
* Partner with the KAM to discuss results, treatment center availability, and strategic approaches.
* Implement omnichannel strategies to support the company's portfolio and disease awareness activities.
* Contribute to market and customer insights in emerging therapeutic areas.
* Gain a deep understanding of the rare disease market, HCP landscape, and patient journey.
* Lead market research initiatives, including surveys and concept testing with HCPs.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, economics, or qualification as a pharmaceutical representative according to art. 75 medicines act (Arzneimittelgesetz - AMG).
* 2+ years of commercial experience in the hospital, academic medical center, or biotech industry.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with HCPs.
* Experience in disease awareness initiatives and educational engagements is a plus.
* High learning agility to understand rare disease administration.
* Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
* Experience in a commercial team addressing patient/caregiver needs.
* Proficiency in independent customer planning and CRM systems.
* Preferred experience in rare diseases.
* High willingness to travel.
