Your Responsibilities
* Supporting the development and further enhancement of a European compensation structure
* Creating, revising, and aligning job descriptions in close collaboration with specialist departments
* Harmonizing international job titles and job level structures
* Maintaining, analyzing, and preparing HR data, particularly in Excel
* Providing general support to the HR team on both conceptual and operational topics
Your Profile
* Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field
* Strong interest in compensation, job architecture, and strategic HR work
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (working language at the European level)
* Good Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data preparation)
* Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
