Join to apply for the Senior Corporate Counsel (m/f/d) role at the LEGO Group Are you looking to build on your in‑house legal career, bringing experience from retail, sales and marketing into supporting the LEGO Group’s Europe Central (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) market group? Growing our Western Europe Legal team, this Munich‑based role will enable the LEGO Group to help support the growth across this part of the business. Core Responsibilities Revise, draft and negotiate contracts. Partner with the Europe Central GM and Leadership Team. Ensure a high level of compliance within competition law and data privacy across the market group. Provide legal advice to management and departments on compliance and regulatory matters. Offer legal training and mentorship to internal collaborators. May manage large and sophisticated projects or processes independently. Engage and coordinate with external parties at a medium to high complexity. Work independently, recognized as a subject‑matter authority, able to mentor others and identify and define tasks independently. Communicate directly with senior management, independently handling conflicts in negotiation. Take an end‑to‑end perspective, understanding trade‑offs for different scenarios. Lead legal workstreams and negotiations in our Europe Central market, collaborating with internal specialists and managing external counsel. Collaborate with executive‑level, mid‑management and procurement and commercial specialists. Qualifications Minimum 5‑6 years of postgraduate global experience from in‑house or private practice, including extensive experience with legal work and processes related to a multi‑channel retail sales and marketing environment. Collaborative and communicative attitude. German and English speaking at a high level. Demonstrated history of navigating sophisticated negotiations and leading collaborators effectively. Strong commercial understanding across multiple levels of a value chain. Initiative, recognizing and acting on legal issues. Thrives in a fast‑paced and changing environment. What’s in it for you?
