WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In Global Communications of Agricultural Solutions, we nurture and protect the brand and reputation of BASF in agriculture. Come, be a part of our Global Communications team and join us to create inspiring communications.
* In your new position, you support the maintenance and development of the global social media calendar to ensure timely coverage of key global topics and projects.
* You create engaging social media content including text, image and video assets aligned with our branding and strategic communication goals.
* You contribute to quarterly reporting by measuring key performance indicators as well as analyzing results, and you deliver competitive benchmarking for annual social media performance reviews.
* Together with your colleagues, you manage paid advertising campaigns and support organic growth strategies.
* Moreover, you ensure professional and timely engagement across social media platforms and shared mailboxes through a customer-oriented response workflow.
* Lastly, you cover industry events with live updates, post-event content as well as interviews, conduct research on trends and innovations in digital and AI communication and contribute to the internal AI writing assistant.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* enrolled in a master's degree program in business, communications, marketing, graphics/video design or social sciences
* previous job experience in communications or (online) marketing
* familiar with image editing (e.g. Canva, Adobe) and/or video software (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Camtasia etc.) together with proficient handling of the Microsoft 365 office suite
* ideally basic web design & CMS experiences, SEO/SEA skills and AI expertise
* advanced English skills along with enthusiasm for bringing content ideas to life
* Members from states outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland are requested to send their residence/work permit, including the relevant supplementary sheet as well as the completed questionnaire.
