From consulting and migration to SAP S/4HANA to operation from the cloud and application management.Then we are looking forward to seeing you!**Tasks**As Principal Program Lead SAP (m/f/d), you play an important role in our company. In this key role, you will take on the overall management of strategic transformation projects in the IT/HR environment with international reach. You take responsibility for project planning, resources, budget, quality, risk and stakeholder management and also have the following activities:* Establishing and managing a clear project organization, governance and PM standards* Structuring the start of the project and ensuring a stable project foundation* Moderation of interdisciplinary stakeholders (including IT, specialist areas, shared services, external partners)* Ensuring clear communication and decision-making at all levels, including the Executive Board* Working closely with the PMO to ensure reporting, KPIs and transparency* Promoting change management and international cooperation**Profil**In addition to a completed university degree (e.g. (business) informatics, economics, administrative sciences) or a comparable education, you have many years of experience as a project manager/program manager in complex, international projects.
