OverviewAs the Head of IT Infrastructure (m / f / d), you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and security of LEONI´s IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for optimization of our technological systems, while implementing and maintaining robust security measures to safeguard our data and intellectual property. With a team size of roughly 50 people you have a significant impact towards LEONIs digitalization roadmap. Your exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise will contribute to our continued success and growth.Your tasksYou manage and supervise the Global IT Infrastructure organizational unit in alignment with defined goals and objectives, including budget control and strategy planningYou are responsible for global programs, standards, governance and processes in the area of IT Infrastructure as well as IT SecurityYou manage and supervise multiple org units within IT InfrastructureDatacenter, Network & CloudWorkplace ServicesIT SecurityYou stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management and securityYou manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and support.
