Intro babelforce is a Berlin-born CCaaS platform reshaping how enterprises deliver customer service at scale. We help teams reduce wait times, remove repetitive work through smart automation, and give agents more time for real conversations. From scaling support to boosting retention, babelforce enables flexible, future-ready customer service – without compromise. Build and scale a high-quality events and community engine that strengthens our ecosystem (prospects, customers, partners) and feeds pipeline, advocacy, and brand affinity. Tasks Own the events program end-to-end: strategy, calendar, budget, logistics, vendor mgmt, measurement. You’re the driver, not a passenger. Partner with Sales: align events to target accounts and regions; support outreach, on-site meetings, follow-ups. Build community touchpoints: intimate roundtables, field events, meet-ups, partner activations, speaker slots. Run promotion with Marketing: audience build, email/social/partner co-marketing, press and speaker ops. Stage-manage on the day: venue, AV, branding, speakers, demos; make the experience feel premium and effortless. Be a visible connector: develop a recognisable personal profile in our ecosystem (online and IRL). Close the loop: document outcomes, share insights, and improve the next event (content, format, targeting). Co-manage budget: plan/track spend, negotiate with vendors, keep a clean admin trail. A repeatable event playbook with clear metrics (registrations → attendance → meetings → pipeline → revenue influence). Healthy partner/community calendar with rising attendance quality (ICP fit) and lower cost per qualified meeting. Strong feedback from Sales on event impact and speed of follow-up. Growing personal network among senior CX/CCaaS buyers in DACH. Requirements Must haves: Fluency in English & German. 3+ years in events/field/community marketing (B2B Software preferred). Proven track record running multi-event calendars (owned + sponsored) end-to-end. Hyper-organised, deadline-reliable, calm under pressure. Comfort working on-site at events and travelling regularly. Soft Skills: Relationship builder: you enjoy meeting people and make follow-up feel natural. Bias to action: you drive your own achievements, unblock, escalate, or improvise to keep momentum. Audience empathy: you design experiences people genuinely want to attend. Storytelling: you can turn event moments into content and internal narratives. Commercial awareness: you think in outcomes (meetings, pipeline, retention), not just activities and brand.. Cross-functional diplomacy: you align Sales/Marketing/Partners with clear expectations and operational execution. Attention to detail: from run-of-show to name badges to post-event emails.
