Your mission
* Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
* Responsibility for balance sheet, P&L, and related disclosures
* Evaluation and accounting of complex business transactions (provisions, accruals, intercompany transactions, etc.)
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Primary contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
* Preparation and coordination of annual audit processes
* Preparation of VAT returns and support on tax-related matters
* Analysis and further development of accounting and closing processes
* Active involvement in the development and optimization of SAP FI structures
* Support of internal and external reporting requirements
Your profile
* Certified Accountant qualification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter IHK) or comparable professional certification
* Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
* Strong expertise in German GAAP (HGB)
* Very good SAP knowledge (ideally SAP FI)
* Confident handling of complex closing and valuation topics
* Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style
* Good German and English language skills
