Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Communication: Develop and implement marketing communication measures for assigned market segments – such as mailings, website content, or print assets.
2. Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including product information, customer references, case studies, SEO-relevant copy and promotional material for online and offline channels.
3. Strategic Ownership: Take full responsibility for marketing communications within your market segment, acting as a strategic advisor and providing proactive recommendations.
4. Project Participation: Play an active role in key initiatives such as the launch of a new corporate website; contribute ideas and drive content quality.
5. Innovation: Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance the effectiveness and creativity of marketing communications.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with regional European teams and U.S.-based colleagues to ensure alignment and share best practices across markets.
Qualifications:
7. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
8. Experience: Several years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within a B2B environment; B2C experience is also welcomed for a fresh perspective.
9. Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing communication processes, particularly in content creation, email marketing, website management, and go-to-market strategy development and execution.
10. Digital Affinity: Confident handling of content management systems (preferably TYPO3) and a good understanding of digital marketing.
11. Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (business level).
12. Personality: Strategic thinker with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a keen sense for high-quality written content.
13. Tools: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with TYPO3, PimCore, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
