2. Contract management (40%)
* Recording and maintaining contracts in the contract management system
* Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of contract data
* Supporting the digitization of contract documents
* Reviewing contracts for legal and content accuracy
* Collaboration with the legal department and other relevant departments
* Identification and documentation of contract risks

These are your qualifications and skills
* Completed (technical) university degree in economics, law, or business informatics
* Civil servants: You are qualified for career group 2, first entry-level position in the general administrative service. In this regard, you must have successfully completed the preparatory service with a “Bachelor of Laws”/“Bachelor of Arts” or “Diplom-Verwaltungswirt*in (FH)”/“Diplom-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt*in (FH)” or “Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Information Technology” degree
* Salaried employees: You have successfully completed Administrative Training Course II or Employee Training Course II. You may also apply if you meet the requirements for exemption from the training and examination requirements pursuant to § 12 in conjunction with No. 7 of the Preliminary Remarks to Annex 1 – Remuneration Regulations (VKA) of the TVöD. However, commercial, technical, or legal training is a prerequisite
* Experience in license management and contract administration
