THE ROLE
As a Sales and Sales Partner Coordinator at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll support the local sales team in executing sales activities, handling incoming leads and nurturing customer relationships, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.
ROLE SPECIFICS:
* Manage incoming sales leads as well as customer and partner inquiries via phone and email
* Handle administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing support, as well as preparing and calculating quotations and contracts
* Update and maintain Salesforce records accurately
* Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, partner activities, and follow-ups
* Assist in creating sales materials, preparing reports, and other internal documentation needs.
At Kempower we work hybrid. However this role is based in Düsseldorf, where frequent presence at the office is expected.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
* Degree in business administration (business administration, marketing, sales) or a completed professional training program in a business-related field (e.g., industrial clerk, office management)
* Previous experience in Sales or Sales support, order processing, invoicing and customer experience
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills
* Customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn
* Organized way of working and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in written and spoken English and German are required for this role. Other languages are a plus.
