* Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the company's growth and success.
* Streamlining business operations.
* Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
* Develop and implement high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
* Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive exit strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and investor expectations.
Qualifikation
* Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions in the software industry.
* Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
* Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, fundraising, etc.
* In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
* An visionary mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
* Experience with exit strategies and processes is essential.
* Experience in a medium-sized software company is mandatory and in private equity a plus.
* Fluent in German and English.
