Responsibilities
* Proactively managing comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
* Diligently processing and monitoring all expense reports, providing clear assistance for any related inquiries.
* Strategically organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics for venue, catering, and technology.
* Seamlessly handling professional correspondence, facilitating new employee onboarding, and serving as a key liaison for various stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Completed a commercial education or currently studying.
* Advantageous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experienced with travel/expense management tools (e.g., Concur, SAP).
* Fluent English and German skills, both written and verbal.
* Discreet, proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
