* Work Council and Labor Relations
* Handling of labor law disputes, social plans, and coordination with legal and external counsel
* Oversight and strategy for IP notifications and collective agreements
* Compliance and Governance
* Oversee audits, reporting obligations, and HR compliance strategy
* HR Budget and Planning
* Drive salary adjustment planning, HR cost control, and headcount planning
* Stakeholder Communication
* Interface with business leaders, finance, and EMEA HR leads
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a multinational environment
* In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
* Proven experience in managing Works Councils and complex labor relations
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
