This position is responsible for driving strategy, alignment and go to market across regions, markets and channels. This role must collaborate seamlessly with regional teams, global marketing, CE, online and creative.RESPONSIBILITIESChina Market Lead :Key lead for the successful integration of Gravity project and support the development of China and CTC.Drive speed to market in China and APAC, maximizing the China ecosystem across online and offline, responsible for leading development of specific programs to win in key moments / Festivals in China, including the creation of marketing briefs.Synergize and synchronize marketing calendar for the Chinese consumer across China, APAC, TR, Online and rest of world.Market Development :New Markets : develop business plan / financial model in line with strategy and oversee key activities to launch new markets / grow new channels, lead cross⁃functionaltask force meetings.New Channels : evaluate new opportunities and support the existing spa dev.Collaborate with Global Online / Digital teams to support the growth of the International Online business and omni⁃channel initiatives.Maintain New Market Launch Toolkit and Brand Presentation.Business Analysis :Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support annual brand strategy and budget process and market development projects.Develop presentations with support of Manager International Business Updates, International Retailer Meetings, New Hire Orientation, etc. International Strategy Development. Work with the SVP / GM International to develop the International strategy input for the brand.Operational Support :Represent International in Global Marketing 360 meetings, actively involved in inventory management, approve Intl forecast, develop process improvement that involves regions, develop process improvement that involves regions, develop agendas for Int'l meetings.Interact with cross⁃functional teams and assist SVP in representing the interests and needs of the International markets.Help to build collaborative relationships between cross⁃functional teams and Regions.React quickly to requests from Regions and Affiliates.
