YOUR MISSION
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Market Growth
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets in the DACH region.
• Develop and execute growth plans to expand market share and increase distributor productivity.
• Manage sales performance through target setting, pipeline analysis, and KPIs.
Field Engagement & Distributor Success
• Serve as a key liaison between corporate and the distributor network—ensuring clear communication, trust, and alignment.
• Regularly travel to the field to engage top leaders, support events, and coach emerging talent.
• Lead business planning sessions with key leaders to develop individualized growth strategies.
Leadership Development & Retention
• Drive leadership pipeline development by identifying and mentoring high-potential distributors.
• Support title progression through structured coaching, training, and performance tracking.
• Reduce distributor churn by implementing targeted retention strategies and onboarding support.
Promotions, Incentives & Campaign Execution
• Localize and launch sales campaigns and incentives in line with global strategy to drive behavior and motivation.
• Monitor program ROI, optimize execution, and adjust strategies based on field feedback and data.
Training & Events
• Plan and lead large-format motivational, business-building, and product training events.
• Ensure distributors are equipped with the latest compliant messaging, tools, and techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to deliver high-impact learning content.
Team Leadership (if applicable)
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and support staff in the region.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and field-first thinking within the team.
Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration
• Collaborate with product, marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure market readiness and operational excellence.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product development, messaging, and strategic direction.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within Direct Selling / MLM (required).
• Proven track record of sales target achievement, team leadership, and distributor development.
• Strong field presence and passion for engaging with distributor communities.
• Excellent communicator and bridge-builder between field and corporate.
• Experience in planning and leading events and incentive programs.
• Data-driven decision maker; comfortable using performance analytics and KPIs.
• Strong organizational, motivational, and coaching skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel, including evenings and weekends.
