Your tasks will include:
* Translating business questions into precise data queries
* Evaluating and preparing data analyses for various departments
* Interpreting the analysis results and deriving recommendations for action for internal customers
* Collaborating on cross-departmental projects to optimize processes and systems
* Setting up, providing technical support for, and administering databases (including performance monitoring and data quality assurance)
What you bring to the table:
* Successfully completed technical or business studies (minor in computer science) or technical/commercial training with a focus on IT
* Initial professional experience as a data expert ( gn)
* In-depth knowledge of SQL and Python
* Database knowledge, ideally in Db2 (IBM)
* Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and strong numerical skills
* Customer and team orientation as well as strong communication skills
* Experience in customer segmentation and using relevant analysis tools
* Ideally, technical expertise in OSPlus contexts, e.g.:
o Integrated contact management
o Sales homepage
o Customer contact and event management
o Campaign and approval processes
o EWE, sales network types, consultant change process, data analytics
* Experience in supporting the development of central market development
* Reporting experience (key figures for activity controlling, IDH reporting)
* Confident use of Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
