Secure, optimize, and improve our process and product quality standards.
As a Group Quality Leader, you will provide support and guidance to the Business Line stakeholders with the implementation and execution of activities needed to secure high-quality output. This includes active support, being present on the shop floor, serving as a point of contact, and sharing expertise and best practices between our two production sites in Alingsås, Sweden, and Nordenham, Germany.
Your main tasks will be to:
* Execute process and quality improvements directly with site management
* Facilitate and initiate activities to standardize and optimize processes between the sites, providing support, guidance, and best practices to local stakeholders
* Implement and maintain governance with main stakeholders
* Initiate, moderate, and coordinate steering committees and quality councils
* Manage customer communication related to quality issues
* Train and develop local teams to foster a positive quality culture
* Support and embed the implementation of Group-initiated processes
* Conduct internal compliance and process audits
You will join an international and collaborative team. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in Alingsås, Sweden, or Nordenham, Germany. Being present at our sites, collaborating with local teams, and building long-lasting relationships are key aspects of this role. Travel (up to 50%) is expected.
Experienced quality professional with a customer focus
You are motivated, engaged, and bring a collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. High integrity, professionalism, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to prioritize are essential for this position.
You also have:
* BSc. in Engineering or equivalent education
* Several years of experience in Quality or a similar role within manufacturing, including Engineering, R&D, and manufacturing processes
* Experience with DFMEA and PFMEA (Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
* Six Sigma certification and ISO certification are advantageous
* Experience conducting Root Cause Analyses using tools like Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D, or similar
* Fluency in English
