HR Operations Intern
This role presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day human resources operations while actively contributing to various projects.
1. Support HR business partners in managing daily employee and manager-related topics
2. Participate in HR tasks as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function
3. Assist with coordinating and following up on ongoing HR projects
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels. They should be curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and contribute. Additionally, they must have high integrity and discretion when handling confidential information, and be able to manage time schedules and task schedules efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, and excellent communication skills in English are highly valued.
