Job Title: Senior Consultant as Director Global FP&A
We are on an exciting growth journey and want to shape the future of our company. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in this process by providing financial expertise and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, project, and assess historical and future financial impacts while mastering the complexity of a global organization and linking to group financials.
* Oversee the Budget, Forecast, and Outlook process for your department and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
* Lead profitability analysis, derive actionable insights, and drive measures to improve costs across the organization.
* Drive and steer profitability initiatives such as Complexity Reduction, Cost Control, and efficiency programs on senior and global level.
* Act as sparring partner for your leadership team and support communication of financial topics to senior management.
* Collaborate closely with Leadership and Finance teams, acting as a link and trusted business partner.
* Lead and develop your team, challenge the status quo through process automation and tool enhancement, and act as Global Process Owner for cost calculation.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in economics with focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
* At least 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in a multinational company and/or Strategy Consulting/Accounting firm.
* Ideal experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods and exposure to a high-paced environment.
* Strong business partnering mentality with the maturity to balance facilitation and challenging the business.
* Fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international and multicultural environment.
