<li>Planning, execution, and optimization of retail media advertising campaigns across onsite channels (e.g., SPA, SBA, PDA), offsite channels (DSP, Search, etc.), and in-store channels (e.g., in-store TV)</li>
<li>Achievement of campaign objectives and maximization of campaign revenue</li>
<li>Generation of actionable insights based on campaign performance and market data to support customer success</li>
<li>Development and implementation of optimization strategies for existing client campaigns</li>
<li>Development of media strategies and media planning recommendations</li>
<li>Utilization of reporting data to identify upselling opportunities</li>
<li>Direct collaboration with agencies and industry partners, as well as support of national and international sales teams</li>
<li>Preparation and delivery of presentations for internal and external meetings</li>
<li>Development and enhancement of key operational tools, processes, and organizational structures</li>
<li>Contribution to product development and optimization in collaboration with the Product team</li>
<li>Establishment, execution, and management of creative services and additional content initiatives</li>
<li>Onboarding, training, and technical support for customers using self-service products, particularly marketplace clients</li>
<li>Cross-functional coordination and communication with Product, Sales, Vendor Strategy, and Tech teams across multiple countries</li>

<li>Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field</li>
<li>Expertise in campaign management and optimization across Retail Media, SEA, Display Advertising, and related digital advertising channels</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ad serving, DSP, SSP, and analytics platforms</li>
<li>Experience working within international teams and matrix organizations</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and experience with the technical implementation of digital advertising products</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Retail Media, Programmatic Advertising, and data-driven advertising solutions, including their value propositions</li>
<li>Operational agility and adaptability in fast-paced, emerging, and rapidly growing business environments</li>
<li>Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, combined with excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; additional proficiency in German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or Polish considered an advantage</li>
