Your tasks
As an IT consultant, you will provide first / second level support for IT fault reports and service requests and administer software systems for the AUMA Group's user helpdesk. This essentially includes the following tasks
* You ensure smooth system operation of the central IT for the entire AUMA group of companies
* 1st and 2nd level support for fault reports and service requests with a focus on infrastructure & clients
* You are responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance and procurement of hardware and software (asset management)
* You are responsible for and manage the knowledge base process for end users and IT
* You identify, document and optimize vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure
* You are the contact person for our international users and external partners in German and English
Your profile
* Successfully completed training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
* Experience in working with heterogeneous IT systems and networks based on Microsoft servers; practical experience in working with a ticket system such as Matrix42/ServiceNow is an advantage
* Strong service mindset and ability to deal with complex and production-specific requirements of our international plants
* Highly motivated team player with independent working style, assertiveness, intercultural experience and good English skills
