Employment Term: 1 year contract to start with opportunity to convert to full time.

Role Type: Salaried

Working hours: Normal business hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, with a lunch break for one hour between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Office Location: Chausseestraße 19, 10115 Berlin

Travel Requirement: Candidates must have the ability and willingness to travel within Europe up to 3x in the year.


Additional Notes:


* This is a fully in-office position for the first six months. After 6 months there will be work-from-home flexibility up to 2 days a month.
* Candidates must have the ability to lift 5-10kg.


This role is a fully English speaking position.


The Position:

80% Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding

* Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for all open roles in our Berlin office, with a strong emphasis on Sales hiring
* Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by nurturing relationships with inbound applicants and proactively reaching out to potential candidates through calling and emailing
* Utilize Excel to maintain and analyze recruitment data, track candidate pipelines, and generate reports.
* Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source, engage, and manage potential candidates effectively.
* Manage and organize recruitment-related documents and resources using Google Drive.
* Write and manage job postings for open positions
* Navigate social media and job boards, to creatively map out pools of talent and promote employment opportunities within our company
* Create strong relationships with our internal managers, to understand their current and future hiring needs
* Conduct comprehensive phone screenings and participate in in-person interviews as needed to assess candidate fit
* Manage and coordinate the interview schedule for hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with candidates and smooth organization of all interview logistics
* Prepare and issue employment offers to candidates ensuring all details are accurate
* Deliver timely feedback to all candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Support the development and administration of Generis’ orientation and onboarding programs for each new starter, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to the company
* Assist in regular check-ins with each staff to ensure they are adapting to our onboarding process and they have all the necessary tools for success
* Assist with the coordination, documentation, and communication of employee departures
* Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role, handling sensitive employee and company information with discretion and professionalism


20% Office & Culture

* Track and report on recruitment department and general office spend and budget
* Maintain the overall tidiness and functionality of the office space, ensuring it remains organized and well-stocked
* Assisting in maintaining a positive online presence by reviewing and responding to company reviews, and assisting with recruitment-focused social media tools such as Instagram
* Leading the planning and execution of internal events and company socials (Summer Party, Holiday Party and End of Month Socials!)
* Serve as a primary point of contact for office setup and maintenance, including assembling furniture, ordering and managing office supplies as needed, and ensuring the workplace is fully equipped and organized
* Occasionally assist our Event Operations team with onsite event execution which involves traveling to events, set up, tear down and execution


Qualifications:

* Excellent command of English (CEFR level C2), both written and spoken.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or fast-paced customer service.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
* High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, focused on metrics and performance outcomes.
* Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
* High level of initiative and ownership.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Ability to travel within the EU up to three times per year to attend our summits.
