Your tasks
5. Prevention & consulting: You create risk assessments, carry out safety inspections and proactively advise the specialist departments on the safe design of workplaces and processes.
6. Management systems: You support and continuously develop the areas of energy, environmental and hazardous substance management (EHS).
7. Training: You conduct lively and practical training sessions for the workforce on occupational health and safety and environmental topics.
8. Analysis: You identify risks, carry out detailed accident analyses and develop effective corrective measures together with your colleagues.
9. Compliance & audits: You ensure compliance with all legal requirements and confidently accompany internal and external audits.
Your profile
10. Qualifications: Completed studies (engineering, safety technology, environmental protection or similar) and must have completed training as an occupational safety specialist (FaSi / Sifa).
11. Experience: You have at least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience. We are looking for someone who is professionally sound and can manage operational tasks independently from day one.
12. Background: Ideally you will come from a security consultancy or engineering firm - we value the versatility, hands-on mentality and quick thinking that characterize this environment. Group experience is also an advantage.
13. Know-how: Knowledge of environmental protection management and the ISO 45001 standard is a definite plus.
14. Mindset: You see yourself as an internal service provider. You address grievances clearly and unambiguously, but do so in a solution-oriented manner and at eye level. Pragmatism and team spirit are your priorities.
15. Languages: Business fluent German (at least C1) and a good command of English.
