We search for a Führungsteam für den technischen Innendienst. As Leiter des Vertriebsinnendienstes you will lead a team and shape the strategic further development.
* You and your team will consult B2B customers professionally about product solutions and work closely with the Außendienst und der Fertigung together.
* You process, track and steer orders and offers as well as project monitoring for a defined customer segment.
* In cooperation with the Bereichsleiter you will develop your team of the technical innendienst.
* You belong to the leadership team of the business area and shape the strategic further development.
Requirements include:
* Completed betriebswirtschaftliches or technical study.
* Professional experience in sales and good technical understanding.
* Leadership experience (fachlich or disziplinarisch) or development potential for this role.
* Process-oriented work with good analytical skills and safety in german and english language.
