To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (f/m/d) for the Spanish & Portuguese market.

What you can do with us:
* Identification, acquisition, and development of potential B2B clients with the aim of establishing long-term and solid business relationships with focus on the Spanish and Portuguese market.
* Taking on projects in the area of sales/business development.
* You will be the point of contact for our new clients, thereby actively contributing to the success of the team.
* Conducting market and trend analyses and providing proactive support in the further development of the business model and business development.
* Preparing pitches and presentations.
* Representing PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other events.
What you should bring for it:
* Proven track record and substantial experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the FinTech, InsureTech, debt collection, or LegalTech sectors.
* An established and extensive professional network in B2C-focused industries across the Spanish and Portuguese markets, with the ability to leverage these relationships to open doors and to build a sales pipeline.
* Mandatory fluent Spanish and English skills are required, Portuguese or German skills are a plus.
* Ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical affinity, enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients.
* Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies such as AI.
