Key Responsibilities:
* Support HR Business Partners in managing day-to-day interactions with employees and managers.
* Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, developing skills in different aspects of the function.
* Assist with coordinating and following up on ongoing HR projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective interaction at all levels.
* Curious and open-minded, willing to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization.
* High integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
* Ability to manage time schedules and tasks efficiently, prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused in work, ensuring accuracy and precision.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills in English and French, with German and Luxembourgish as assets.
Duration: 6-month internship or apprenticeship for at least one year, providing a comprehensive learning experience.
