SAP Digital Hub MEE seeks a Solution Advisor / Presales Specialist to work with our partners in creating compelling offerings, delivering unique value propositions, campaigns and solution presentations for Net New Customers. By delivering unique digital services to the Partner-Led segment, the Digital Hub is part if shaping SAP´s future success by scaling our business with of our Partner Ecosystem.
Expectations and Tasks :
Compose compelling partner offerings and act as trusted advisor:
1. Help the partner to understand and phrase their compelling offering with GROW with SAP
2. Articulate the partner´s industry knowledge, differentiators and customer reference projects
3. Work out the solution competence to deliver unique solution to prospective customer audiences
4. Compose and deliver presentations articulating the sales message, differentiate SAP with the partner and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives
5. Use analytics and date to prepare and deliver value-based personalization to address the customer buying centre and buying personas
Work with the partner and SAP demand generation teams to execute successful campaigns:
6. Demonstrate the broad knowledge of SAP solutions and appropriate industries to maintain credibility with prospective customers
7. Understand how to position ERP Cloud, the entire Business Suite of Solutions and innovations around Business AI and SAP Business Data Cloud
8. Conduct discovery sessions together with other solution specialists together with the partner to the prospective customer to build relationships and to start a value-based dialogue about their unique needs
9. Transfer the customer qualification into highly qualified opportunities with the strong propensity to buy
10. Drive timely execution by driving the process, learnings and productivity improvements
Understand how to target the customers, convince remotely by using innovations and digital tools:
11. Deliver one to many experiences by using a broad portfolio of scalable digital assets
12. Quickly learn and adopt Digital Modalities to boost your productivity and best practices
13. Transfer your knowledge to partners by creating joint digital experiences
14. Act as trusted advisor to drive velocity of opportunities by combining SAP´s and Partner´s strengths to lead the customer and to win with value over competition
15. Find a new path to customers and the new digital buyers to win new logos
YOUR PROFILE
16. Several years of experience as solution, demand specialist or equivalent customer-facing experience in relevant areas
17. Knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio around winning with new customers or Line-of-Business Solutions
18. Proven track record in executing campaigns to winning opportunities
19. Proficiency in presentation, communication skills and story telling
20. Experience in digital engagement with customers
Education, Skills and Competencies:
21. Fluent German and Advanced English
22. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience qualifying for the role and the level of seniority
23. Structed way of working and experience to work with analytical tools to drive own success
24. Team Player to understand the power of teams across the Digital Value Journey
25. Network in the SAP environment and/or SAP partners
26. Excellent communication skills, proven track record in the usage of Digital Modalities
