As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from winning new clients to sourcing and placing top SaaS talent.
You will receive hands-on training and direct mentorship from the company owner, who brings over 10 years of specialist experience in tech and SaaS recruitment.
Support business development activities across the German SaaS market
~Develop into a full 360 consultant over time
Ideally a recent university graduate
~Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or B2B is advantageous
~Fluent German and English required
