About this Role:
* This role is focused on driving the development and growth of sales opportunities within the Food, Packaging, Minding and Recycling industries throughout Germany.
* You will be responsible for identifying key customers, building relationships, and providing tailored solutions for Metal Detection, Inspection and Vibratory systems using a consultative sales approach.
* A key part of your role will be to promote and support the sale of equipment, including magnetic separation and metal detection solutions.
* You will spend the majority of your time identifying and developing new customer accounts.
* This position will involve frequent travel throughout Germany and occasional international travel to the UK and USA to align with the global product management team.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 5 years in B2B/ Industrial Sales, with a preference for experience in the food, recycling, mining, or aggregate industries. Prior experience working in Germany is essential.
* Proven success in managing major accounts, engaging with customers at both senior and operational levels. You should be confident in your ability to close deals and take a proactive approach to sales.
* A good mechanical aptitude with some electrical knowledge, combined with a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
* Strong skills in sales planning, market analysis, and managing budgets. You should be able to priorities your workload, set and meet sales targets, and plan travel effectively within your territory.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management. You should be comfortable presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
* Experience using a CRM system, and proficiency in MS Office.
* Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working well within a team. A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to receive feedback and improve performance.
