Job Description

In Dermatology PsD we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager in Marketing. The role involves quickly and independently developing projects and supporting the team in a complex environment.
* Strategic Brand Management as Senior Brand Manager in Dermatology PsD
* Independently develop marketing strategies together with the interdisciplinary Brand Team for successful product marketing, ensuring consistent implementation of brand strategy, including definition and monitoring of strategic brand goals
* Independently conceive and execute innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives for relevant target groups, including omni-channel and closed-loop marketing approaches
* Analyze and monitor market and competitor situation including deriving measures for differentiation
* Close collaboration with sales and lead workstreams to shape marketing communication, and motivate and train the in-field team via conferences and other touch points
* Implement marketing strategies and corresponding performance checks in coordination with Sales Management, monitor KPIs and marketing budget
* Lead project management, including leading cross-functional project teams, monitoring KPIs, and adjusting budgets
* Build close relationships with sales teams and external stakeholders to capture latest market trends and requirements
Qualifications

* A successfully completed university degree in business or science
* Professional experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or management consulting with a focus on HealthCare
* Ability to prepare and structure entrepreneurial decisions
* Experience leading complex projects and steering cross-functional teams
* Interest in capturing needs of doctors, patients, and other stakeholders and incorporating them into work
* High creativity and motivation to proactively explore new ways
* Ability to independently and strategically conceive innovative projects, realize them, and drive them to successful implementation
* Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong resilience, teamwork and assertiveness
* Strategic and analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with metrics
* Ability to build networks
* Excellent German and English; computer skills
