Fixed Term - Sales Consultant
We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team and provide the perfect Bally experience for every customer.
Our Sales Consultants are our ambassadors: committed, passionate, willing to deliver a unique and true luxury experience to the Bally clientele and establish a long-term customer relationship.
The ideal candidate must possess a high affinity towards the world of Retail and Luxury leather goods and be caring, ambitious and inspiring.
* 2+ years of previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
* Proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Strong focus on clientelling
* Digital attitude
* Excellent standing and attention to grooming
* Passion for Fashion and luxury-goods
* Strong team player, results driven andproactive
* Fluency in English and German; other languages would be a plus
* Provide excellent customer service
* Show motivation to succeed, consistently meeting individual goals
* Build customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development
* Actively participate in trainings to support new products introduction
* Help maintain the shop floor, assist with VM, stock management and replenishment.
