OverviewWe are looking for a Productivity Specialist (m/f/d) based in Munich or Madrid.Your Team Productivity Management provides a framework for setting and tracking of productivity-related targets across the core insurance value chain. We work closely with Finance, HR, LPM – and all business functions – to ensure clear ownership, accountability and the embedding of a productivity mindset across the business. Additionally, it supports RP implementation by ensuring accurate financial management, tracking progress quarterly, and addressing risks and opportunities to achieve plan goals.The Impact You Will HaveThe Productivity Specialist will be part of the Global Productivity team in Allianz Commercial responsible for supporting to set up and support driving methodologies, metrics, processes and systems used to monitor and manage the productivity of the enterprise and to monitor execution. The focus is on helping to translate strategically directed information to operational plans.
