Your seat to fill:
1. Contribute to the creation and monitoring of budgets, forecast and medium term planning at group level
2. Conduct analysis of the group performance such as variance analyses and profitability calculations
3. Compile and analyze financial data for consolidation purposes
4. Develop and optimize internal controlling processes and systems
5. Create management reports and present findings to management
Your stroll to CYBEX:
6. Completed university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, accounting or finance
7. Professional experience in group controlling or similar role (min. 2-3 years)
8. Knowledge of accounting, consolidation and financial reporting standards
9. High affinity for numbers, excellent analytical skill and a structured approach to work
10. Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
11. Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
12. Very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
