Position : HR Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) for our plant in 27356 Rotenburg, Germany.
Responsibilities :
* Responsibility for operational and strategic processes throughout the entire employee life cycle.
* Point of contact for supervisors and managers in all personnel-related matters, as well as for the works council and authorities.
* Implementation of recruitment measures from job advertising to onboarding.
* Personnel requirements planning, including budget planning in coordination with plant management.
* Key figure evaluations and reporting.
* Planning of training and personnel development measures.
* Administration of personnel and salary data.
* Conceptual development and implementation of HR projects.
* Ensuring compliance with guidelines and personnel processes.
Qualification :
* Degree in business administration, human resources management, or similar, or vocational training with relevant further qualifications.
* Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic human resources, ideally in an industrial environment.
* Experience in planning and implementing change processes.
* Sound knowledge of labor law (individual and collective law).
* Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements is desirable.
* Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP.
* Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking and action.
* Fluent German and English skills required.
