Responsibilities
1. Business Process Management: Analyze and optimize business processes in the area of Forecast to Produce to increase efficiency and effectiveness
2. SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Configure, implement and support SAP IBP solutions to support the planning and control of business processes
3. SAP PP/DS: Use and optimize SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) to improve production planning and control
4. Collaboration: Close collaboration with various business lines and global IT to understand the requirements of business processes and develop appropriate solutions in the supply chain area. Representation of interests in group-wide committees
5. Harmonization: Implementation of harmonized and standardized planning processes in global supply chain management
6. Process management: Initiation and management of global process management projects or sub-projects. Creation of documentation and delivery of training as well as coordination of global key users and change management activities
Requirements
7. Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
8. Several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management with a focus on supply and production planning (Forecast to Produce F2P) in chemical/ pharmaceutical/ process industries
9. Excellent knowledge of the implementation and application of planning tools such as SAP IBP, SAP PP-PI and SAP PP/DS as well as practical project experiences in implementing SAP supply planning applications such as SAP IBP, SAP PP-PI and SAP PP/DS, including Customizing
10. In-depth knowledge of related processes, inventory, warehouse and quality management as well as order-to-cash (SAP modules MM, EWM, QM, SD)
11. In-depth expertise in the management of complex process and transformation projects as well as experience in process design and tool-supported analysis and documentation, preferably in BPMN 2.0
12. In-depth knowledge of production execution integration in SAP with Distributed Control Systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
13. High affinity for IT tools in production planning and execution
14. Fluent written and spoken English and German on C1 level
15. Strong conceptual skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and an excellent communication and presentation skills and outstanding teamwork skills
