Your contribution to CYBEX
* Identify and evaluate new markets, product lines, and business models
* Monitor industry trends, competitors, and disruptive technologies
* Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic alliances, joint ventures, and corporate venture investments
* Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and change management programs
* Responsible for identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities through M&A, partnerships, portfolio expansion, and transformational initiatives.
* Deliver insights for C-Level based on business performance and trends, strategic insights and roadmaps
What sets you apart
* Degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
* 7–10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or M&A, ideally in the consumer goods or lifestyle sector
* Proven track record in leading complex M&A and strategic growth projects
* Strong strategic, analytical, and financial modeling skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level exposure
* Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g. German, Mandarin) are a plus
