Fiscal year topline responsibility for Product Lines Thermoforming & Cutters
Be the sales representative in the local management team
Take over responsibility for coordinating and driving strategic and operational sales activities
Enhance the sale process to reduce response times to stakeholders as well as to shorten quotation cycles
Evaluate and optimize pricing methodologies and establish a new pricing governance to improve gross margins
Develop an optimize Route2Market strategy for Thermoforming & Cutters
Drive an active Sales Performance Management based on KPIs
Develop a guided-selling approach and support the implementation of a configurator / CPQ Tool
Your Profile / Qualifications
University degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
Over 3 years of experience in managing a global sales and marketing team within a matrix organization of an international company
Deep commercial knowledge and understanding, incl. contract management
Goal and performance orientation
Leadership skills to build an international and high-performing team
Strong strategic mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
Good balance between analytical skills, a structure working mode and hands-on mentality
Fluency in English, another European language would be an advantage
Willingness to travel approx. 20% (national and international)
