We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is based in our Munich office three days a week and will support all People matters across Germany. Occasional travel to other offices may be required. What will I be doing: As a Senior People Advisor, you’ll be: The main lead for all employee relations matter in Germany, supporting managers and employees with all HR queries. Managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records and HR policies. Collaborating with the legal team, reviewing payroll, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to policy updates. Continuously improving HR processes and systems, monitoring performance and probation reviews, and ensuring new hires have the correct access and support. What experience do I need: To succeed in this role, you’ll be: Holding a postgraduate degree in HR or an equivalent qualification, with proven experience managing complex employee relations cases and a solid understanding of German labour law. Communicating effectively, building strong relationships, and demonstrating high ethical standards and cultural awareness. Confidently working both independently and collaboratively, with strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Using MS Office proficiently and working with HR information systems to support business and employee needs. Fluent in both German and English, as these languages are essential for daily communication and stakeholder engagement.
