As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) specializing in osteoporosis, you will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining long-term customer relationships in your sales region around West Berlin, Potsdam, Cottbus, and Stendal. Your work will focus on providing expert advice to specialists regarding innovative orthopedic therapies and on the strategic development of your sales territory.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from sales, market access and medical affairs, actively contributing to the successful market positioning of modern treatment options for osteoporosis.

Your tasks
9. Independent management of selected medical clients according to the Omnichannel Cycle Plan (OCCP) and conducting targeted sales conversations.
10. Expert information from doctors about the application, mode of action, benefits, risks and ingredients of the products – with a focus on orthopedists and rheumatologists.
11. Answering initial general questions within the framework of product approval
12. Identification of new potential customers and continuous adaptation of the target group structure
13. Planning and execution of compliant events, including responsibility for the regional budget.
14. Regular monthly analysis of market and sales trends, as well as the derivation of suitable measures for further market development.
Your profile
15. Training as a certified pharmaceutical representative (m/f/d) or scientific/commercial training, studies in business administration or comparable qualification
16. At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in the field of osteoporosis
17. Demonstrable communication and sales skills
18. Experience in independently organizing and conducting commercial events
19. Extensive experience in the strategic development of customer relationships
20. Willingness to travel and residence within the sales territory
