We are looking for a motivated and reliable Working Student to support our HR team with a range of administrative and office management tasks. As our daily operational workload grows, your support will be key in keeping internal processes running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, office coordination, and administrative processes in a dynamic, professional environment.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
* Support with document handling, digital filing, and personnel file maintenance
* Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organising internal and external events.
* Help manage office supplies, equipment, and basic facility needs
* Assist with the HR processes and provide general administrative support to the HR team
* Support with data entry and updates in HR systems and trackers
* Help maintain the structure and accuracy of internal HR documentation
Skills and Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Enrolled for at least one more year in the upcoming semesters (mandatory requirement)
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities independently
* High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Comfortable working with digital systems and databases
* A friendly, service-oriented communication style
* Fluency in English (German is a plus)
